Program name: Randy Tozier.
As part of our client communication, we provide an SMS messaging program for individuals who voluntarily opt in through the chat widget on our website. By opting in to receive text messages from Randy Tozier, you agree to the terms below. The chat widget offers two separate, optional checkboxes:
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive text messages from us.
If you have opted out and want to receive messages again, reply START.
If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance. We will respond with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe. You can also contact us at [email protected] or +1 207-441-0922.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on effective transmission by your network operator and is outside of our control.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
For privacy-related questions, please read our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.
Our SMS program is managed in full compliance with industry standards, including the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and CTIA guidelines. By opting in, you acknowledge that you are providing express written consent to receive recurring automated messages.
This program is governed by all applicable federal and state laws, and we maintain strict adherence to legal requirements regarding consumer privacy and data protection.
